  10. Line 1 : Use hot keys ("yes" or "no").  If "no", the highlighted command
  11.          moves to the hotkey entered, but the command is not executed.
  12.  
  13. Line 2 : Pause when page length reached ("yes" or "no").  This may or may not
  14.          prevent the message header from scrolling off of the screen.  This
  15.          feature takes effect only if the user:
  16.  
  17.          1. Has "Clear screen between messages" set to NO (thus messages
  18.             always scroll); or
  19.  
  20.          2. Has "Clear screen..." set to YES **and** "Scroll Long Messages"
  21.             set to YES.
  22.  
  23.          If neither is the case, then pausing will not take place.
  24.  
  25. Line 3 : The delay in number of clock ticks.  18 clock ticks is about 1 second.
  26.          Since each prompt continuously polls the keyboard for input, this
  27.          polling may tax your CPU/system load (most noticeably under OS/2).
  28.          Increase this number to 1 or higher to increase the delay between
  29.          keyboard polls.
